Terms and Conditions
1. CONTRACT
By ticking the box 'I agree' on the ORDER page of the website, you accept the following terms and conditions. Going further by ticking the button 'Order now', you enter a contract for the selected services. The order will be binding for 3 weeks. Until this moment we will confirm your order. For a short-term order (less than 3 week to the departure) the contract will be entered instantly.
2. PAYMENT
For any payment, please refer to the PAYMENT PLAN on the order page of our website. The payment for orders less than 3 weeks before departure is due instantly. All services have to be paid upfront, latest before departure.
3. SERVICES
Please refer for our services to the order confirmation on our website. With the confirmation of the order you will get an access code for our website to follow your order at any time.
4. ALTERNATION IN PRICES
Changes in the price per person of 5 % are possible after 3 months from the order date, because of price changes by the suppliers or the currency exchange rates. If the price per person changes more than 5%, you can ask for an appropriate alternative contract. If the delivery of a replacement is impossible, the given contract can be cancelled.
5. ALTERNATION OF SERVICES
Changes of single services of a given contract are possible, if appropriate and if the changes do not effect the substance of the package. We will try to offer a similar service as a replacement, otherwise the service will be refunded.
6. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Compensation until 8 weeks before delivery = 20% of the total amount of the order, until 4 weeks before delivery = 30 % and until 2 weeks before delivery 50%. Later cancellations = 80% and no show = 100 %. Withdrawal of a participant of a group is not considered as a cancellation and leads to the recalculation of the price per person of the given contract.
7. CONTRACT CHANGES BY THE CUSTOMER
If you request a contract alternation, the administration free = 30 EUR, if there are not higher costs from the given supplier to be compensated. Adding participants to the given contract is possible as long as there is sufficient capacity.
8. REPLACEMENT OF A PARTICIPANT
The replacement of a participant by an appropriate person is possible until 3 days before the delivery date of your contract. Administration fee = 25 EUR per participant, if there are no higher fees emerging from the suppliers.
9. JOURNEY BREAK-OFF
Is the break-off caused by the customer, for instance because of an unexpected sickness, we will try to refund as many services as appropriate in good cooperation with the given supplier. We recommend to order a travel cancellation insurance for your journey.
10. DISRUPTION BY THE CUSTOMER
If a customer disturbs the journey and he does not stop after a call of order, we can cancel the given contract instantly.There will be no refund of the paid price per person.
11. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
If there is a hint of the minimum number of participants on our website, we can cancel the package, if the given number of participants couldn't been reached. If there is no appropriate alternative on offer, the paid price per person will be refunded.= An individual package offered for a private group (coterie) is not effected by this rule. In this case the price per person is calculated based on the number of participants of the group concerned.
12. CANCELLATION DUE TO AN ACT OF GOD
If we have to cancel an order because of an act of God, we cover our expenses and refund the reminder of the price per person. If specific services will be needed to recover a participant, the additional expenses will be charged.
13. GUARANTEE AND REMEDY
If a service described in the order confirmation is inadequate or incomplete, please send a notice by SMS to the 7/24 hotline instantly, asking for assistance and a remedial measure. The guarantee can only be granted, if the notice of the defected service has been sent to our 7/24 hotline instantly. Complaints after the journey cannot be validated.
14. OBLIGATION TO CO-OPERATE
You are obliged to assist on a remedy measure and to keep the defect minimal. We appreciate your collaboration with our 7/24 helpline.
15. RESTRICTION OF LIABILITY
Our 7/24 helpline is ready to help, if one of our services confirmed in the contract is defected or if you are facing an unexpected issue. Do not hesitate to send a SMS or a call, if you need help. Unfortunately, the amount reserved for our liability is limited by the price per person paid for the package.
16. EXCLUSION OF CLAIMS AND LIMITATION
Filing of a claim concerning your journey is limited to 30 days after the end of the journey. The claim can only be validated, if our 7/24 hotline has been noticed by SMS or CALL instantly, means during the journey. For other claims the limitation period is 6 months after the end of the journey.
17. REGUIRED LEGAL DOCUMENTS
You are obliged to check your legal documents in due time, such as VISA, PASSPORT and HEALTH CERTIFICATES, before you travel! - If we have to cancel the participation of a journey because of a missing or invalid travel document, there will be not refund of the paid price per person for the journey.
18. PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Place of jurisdiction is the place of incorporation of the servicing company.
19. MISCELLANEOUS
A private group needs a group leader as contact person and for the guidance during the journey. If there is no such person, a professional tour leader has to be ordered instead.- Additional services not included in the order confirmation have to be paid instantly. - Please be prepared. For some visits such a church, casino and a gala a dress code may apply.
20. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
The invalidity of a clause in the terms & conditions does not effect the validity of the transaction.
